This is our highest tier of service and is a good option if a position must be urgently filled. We collect a portion of the fee up front; your search is then placed ahead of all contingent search assignments.
Simply put, you only pay if you hire one of our candidates.
For a reduced fee, we will provide leads and resumes, but will not have interviewed the candidates. The leads and resumes will, however, have been screened to ensure that their skills fit the requirements of the position. This is an ideal option for companies that have an HR or staffing department who can interview and further screen candidates, once we have provided some quality leads.
